What is form invitation?
A form invitation is a way to share your PlatoForms creations via email. You can send customized emails to individuals or groups, inviting them to fill out specific online forms. This simplifies data collection, feedback, or responses in a controlled manner.
When you send an invitation, recipients receive an email with a link to the form. They can easily click the link, access the form, complete it, and submit their responses.
Efficient form invitations
With PlatoForms, you can easily send form invitations to your clients, prompting them to complete your online forms. You have control over various settings, including:
- Setting accessibility times.
- Adding expiration times.
- Including a simple password if needed.
- Allowing only one submission.
- Enabling auto-saving.
Invitation emails can be sent in two ways: tracked or anonymous. Tracked invitations provide valuable details such as:
- Email delivery status (successful or not).
- Email open time.
- Form access time.
- Form submission time.
