Can I change the email address associated with my PlatoForms account?
Answer
Absolutely! You can update your account email easily from the Account Settings page.
Change Your Account Email

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the dashboard, and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

Locate the Email input box and enter your new email address.

Click Submit.

You’ll be prompted to enter your password. Enter your password and click Submit.
An email will be sent to the new address. The change will only take effect after email verification. Once verified, your new email address will be linked to your PlatoForms account.
Other common questions
Can I use an email that is already associated with another PlatoForms account?
No, each email address must be unique and cannot be linked to multiple accounts. You’ll be prompted with the message “The email is used by another user” if you submit an email that is already taken.
Will changing my email affect my forms and submissions?
No, all your forms, submissions, and settings will remain unchanged.
Can I switch back to my old email later?
Yes, as long as the old email is not linked to another active account, you can update it again.
